Corrosion Resistance Hardness Wear 99% Alumina Ceramic plate
Description:
Alumina industrial ceramic wear liner / special ceramic plates of
92 al2o3 are sintered on high temperature of more than 1530 , with
high-purity ultra-fine alumina powder as raw material according to
optimized formulation design. They are usually installed uopn the
wear areas of some material conveying equipments, coal preparation
equipments and so on to be used as the material contact surface to
bear the following abrasion and impact.

Advantages:
1. High hardness: The hardness of rockwell is hRA80-90, which is
second only to diamond and far more than wear-resistant steel and
stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance: Wear resistance is 266 times that of
manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast

years, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least
ten times under the same working condition.
3. Light weight: Its density is 3.5g/cm3, only half that of steel,
